3 DIY EASY PHOTO FRAMES
Everyone has at least one photo frame in their house. Be it a gigantic frame with a family photo, a large portrait of us, or a small one with photos of us and our friends framed. But, there are surely several more picture you want framed, but the thought of the costly frames stopped you. So, why not make a pretty photo frame yourself?
DIY HEART PHOTO FRAME
Materials:
Craft paper
Method:
1. Take a craft paper and cut it into a square of size 12 cm.
2. Fold the paper in half diagonally. Crease and unfold.
3. Repeat the same for the other diagonal.
4. Fold the paper in half horizontally. Crease and unfold.
5. Fold the paper in half vertically. Crease and unfold.
6. Fold the top and bottom towards the centre crease. Crease and unfold.
7. Repeat the same for both the left and right sides as well.
8. Now, fold the bottom and right side inwards together as shown, and fold and flatten the triangle formed in the corner as shown.
9. Repeat the same for all sides.
10. Fold the four corner squares in half.
11. Unfold and fold the bottom corners inwards as shown.
12. Fold the four diamonds in the middle in half as shown.
13. Unfold the upper diamond and fold it again inwards as shown.
14. Fold the top two corner triangles in half. Unfold and fold it again inwards.
15. Fold the top two middle triangles in half. Unfold and fold it inwards as shown.
16. Insert the photo in.
DIY PAPER PHOTO FRAME
Materials:
Craft paper
Method:
1. Take a craft paper and cut a square of size 5cm.
2. Fold the paper in half diagonally. Crease and unfold.
3. Repeat the same for the other diagonal.
4. Position the paper like a diamond.
5. Fold the top corner towards the crease in the center. Crease and unfold.
6. Now, fold the top corner towards the bottom corner.
7. Fold the left corner towards the crease line. Crease well.
8. Now, unfold the paper.
9. Pushing the creases at the left side inwards, fold the paper in half again.
10. Fold the creased layer at the top inwards.
11. Make 7 more of these. You must have 8 pieces in two different colours, four pieces of each colour.
12. Insert the pointed right side corner into the pocket formed on the left side of another piece. Repeat until all the pieces have been attached together.
13. Insert the pointed edge of the first piece into the pocket in the last piece to connect them together.
14. Insert a photo in the center.

Materials:
Craft paper
Method:
1. Take a square sheet of craft paper of size 6 cm.
2. Fold the paper in half vertically.
3. Fold the upper layer back diagonally as shown.
4. Repeat on the back side.
5. Unfold the center-fold and fold the bottom up.
6. Fold again. Now, unfold.
7. Fold the paper up along the third crease from the bottom.
8. Turn to the other side and fold the protruding ends.
9. Fold the bottom up and fold the paper in half again.
10. Make several more of these in different colours.
11. Insert one piece into the other and lock it in place by inserting the protruding end in the pocket formed as shown in the video.
12. Repeat with all the pieces.
13. Carefully, insert a picture inside it.
