DESCRIPTION
DIY crafts have been on a steady rise over the years with people opting for these crafts, be it for passing time, making things for themselves that they can’t afford, to give their décors a personal touch or simply because crafting is their passion. It is a hassle-free way to spend your free time that is neither harmful to you nor wasteful.

DIY HEART SHAPED CARD HOLDER
Everyone has at least a few card holders in their house. Be it a gigantic box filled with several cards, or a small one with that one important or special card we have! But, finding a holder for every card we have won't be easy. And dumping those cards in some drawers doesnt seem appealing either. That is when I decided that I might as well make few card holders for all those important cards myself!

Items
Craft paper

Steps
Take a square paper of size 15 cm and place it down with the uncoloured side (if any) facing upwards.
Fold the paper in half vertically. Crease and unfold.
Fold the paper in half horizontally. Crease and unfold.
Fold the paper in half diagonally. Crease and unfold.
Fold the paper in half along the other diagonal. Crease and unfold.
Fold all the four corners towards the center crease. Crease and unfold.
Now, fold each corner towards the topmost crease as shown.
Now, fold as shown, pushing the creases inwards.
Turn the folded paper upside-down and push the center crease downwards and position the paper as shown in the video.
Now, fold the topmost flap in half downwards.
Fold it back upwards as shown.
Repeat the same with the flap at the back.
Flip the flap over as shown and repeat the same with the other two flaps.
Now, carefully separate the layers as shown in the video.
Turn to the back side and fold such that the four flaps are standing.
Your heart-shaped card holder is ready for use!

Tips:
1. You can also make it using some other type of paper like chart paper, scrapbook paper or even handmade paper.
2. You can also make it using a patterned paper or embossed paper.
