Handmade paper flowers have always held a special appeal and beauty. And, despite being so pretty, they are often really simple and easy to make. Here is a simple flower you can make at home.

DIY PAPER FLOWER | Paper Flowers
Who does not love flowers? Of course, they are one of the most beautiful yet simple creations of this world!. It's an astonishing feel when you look a tree full of blossoming flowers. So why don't we try to create these flowers by applying the art of crafting? It's really easy and fun to make. All you need are a few craft materials and lots of interest to make.

Materials:
Craft papers
Stapler

Method:
1. Take a craft paper of size 21 cm by 15 cm.
2. Turn to the back side and fold the paper in half along the longer side.
3. Now, fold the bottom of the folded paper one-third way.
4. Fold the top as well.
5. Unfold and fold again alternatively along the creases forming an accordion.
6. Fold the accordion in half as shown.
7. Cut an arc at the top right corner.
8. Cut a pattern at the left side as shown in the video.
9. Make another similar accordion from a white craft paper and cut an arc at the top right corner as shown.
10. Unfold both the craft papers and place the white craft paper over the coloured one.
11. Fold along the creases again, forming an accordion and then fold in half again.
12. Hold the two inner ends together and staple them as shown.
13. Similarly bring the two outside ends together and staple them as shown.
14. Keep the patterned side facing upwards.
15. Your paper flower is ready!

Tips:
1. You can use any other type of paper like chart paper, cardstock, or even oil paper to make this flower.
2. You can use some sombre patterned or embossed paper for a pretty flower.
3. You can also use old thick magazine papers to make this flower.
