Baked Vanilla Pudding

DESCRIPTION
Baked Vanilla Pudding
Ingredients

Milk - 2/3 cup
Maida / All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Coconut - 1/2 cup grated
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/3 cup
Eggs - 3 nos
Melted Butter - 3 tbsp

For Lemon Syrup
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
Water - 2 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Mix the flour and sugar to a paste by adding water
2. Now add the milk and keep it on flame. Keep stirring continuously till it thickens then turn off and let it cool
3. Add the melted butter and vanilla syrup and mix well
4. Beat egg white and egg yolk seperately
5. Add the egg yolk to batter and mix well
6. Now add the egg yolk and mix again
7. Pour the contents in to an oven proof container
8. Top with grated coconut
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes

Lemon Syrup
10. Mix the corn flour, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla essence, water and butter.

Once the pudding is ready, serve it with the lemon syrup on top
