DESCRIPTION
Method:
1. To a bowl, add besan, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili paste, salt, chaat masala, amchur powder, ajwain, kasuri methi, lemon juice and water.
2. Mix this into smooth batter.
3. Cut the center of the bread slices into a round disk.
4. Dip the bread slice in the batter.
5. Heat some ghee in a pan and toast the dipped bread slices.
6. Toast it on both sides. keep it aside.
7. For the toppings, to a bowl add pomegranate, onion, deseeded tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala and mix everything. Topping is ready.
8. To assemble the bread chaat, place the toast bread disk, add coriander mint chutney, tamarind dates chutney, then little bit of the prepared topping, sprinkle some chaat masala and sev.
9. Bread Chaat is ready.
