Bread Badam Cake (Steamed cake)
Ingredients

Preparation Time: 15 Mins
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Serves: 8

Brown Bread crumb - 2 cups
All purpose flour/maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Baking powder - 2 Tsp
Baking soda - 1 Tsp
Milk - 2 cups
Vanilla Essence - 2 Tsp
Ghee (or) Melted Butter - 3 Tbsp
Condensed milk - 3 Tbsp
Badam/Almond sliced

Method:
1. Blend the brown bread into coarse crumbs.
2. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour/maida, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and mix all the dry ingredients together.
3. Now mix all wet ingredients milk, vanilla essence, ghee or melted butter and condensed milk.
4. Cake batter is ready.
5. Grease the cake tin with ghee and dust it with all purpose flour/maida.
6. Heat the idli steamer.
7. Once the steam comes, pour the cake batter into the tin and place it on the steamer.
8. Garnish it with badam/almond slice.
9. Steam cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour on low flame.
10. Turn off the stove and rest inside the steamer for 1 hour.
11. Enjoy the bread badam cake with your hot tea.

Bread Burfi
Ingredients

Brown Bread crumb - 2 cups
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 Tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp
Rose water - 3/4 Tsp
Few Cashew nuts
Few Raisins

Method:
1. Blend the brown bread into crumbs.
2. In a mixing bowl add brown bread crumbs and milk.
3. Soak for 10 minutes.
4. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated coconut and slightly toast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Add sugar and keep stirring in low flame. Let the sugar dissolves.
6. Now add soaked bread crumbs and cook till milk evaporated.
7. Add ghee and keep stirring well.
8. Then add cardamom powder, rose water and stir well.
9. Add cashew nuts, raisins and mix well.
10. Turn off the stove.
11. Grease the tray with little ghee and spread it evenly.
Note: Marking it the burfi, however, shape you want like square or diamond. Once it cool easier to cut.
12. Let it comes to room temperature and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
13. Remove from the tray and cut it.
14. Garnish it with badam and serve it.

Bread Scramble
Ingredients

Brown Bread - 3 nos
Onion - 2 nos chopped
Green chili - 2 nos finely chopped
Tomato - 1 no chopped
Few chopped Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Soy sauce - 1 Tsp
Chili sauce - 1 Tsp
Egg - 3 nos
Oil - 2 Tsp

Method:
1. Cut the brown bread slices into quarter inch pieces or desired size.
2. In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, soy sauce, chili sauce and mix well.
3. Now crack open the 3 eggs and mix well with the mixture. Keep it aside.
4. To the pan add oil and coat it.
5. Right before pouring the egg mixture add the brown bread pieces and mix well.
6. Pour it into the pan and scramble it.
7. Your Bread Scramble is ready to serve hot.
