Chilli Prawns Non-veg Starters

DESCRIPTION
Chilli Prawns

Ingredients

Prawns - 1/4 Kg
Oil for frying
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
A few cloves of Garlic finely chopped
Ginger finely chopped
Green Chillies - 2 nos
Capsicum - 1 no chopped
A few Spring onions
Salt
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp

Method:
Marinating the Prawns
Marinate the Prawns with the Juice of 1 lemon, Salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce & Chilli Sauce. Mix well & let it sit for 30 minutes.

Coating & Frying the prawns
Add the Corn flour & Maida. Coat all over the prawns.

Heat Oil for deep frying

Gently drop the Prawns fry it.

Making the sauce
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok.

Add the Garlic, Ginger, Green chillies & saute it for a minute.

Add the Capsicum, Spring onions & saute it.

Add Salt, Pepper, Soy sauce, Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup & mix well

Add Diluted Corn flour & mix well.

Finally add the fried Prawns & mix it well.

Garnish it with few Spring Onion stock.
