Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD PUDDING
When I was young, I wanted nothing to do with the desserts anyone brought home or my family prepared. Well, times have changed. Now I'm the dessert fiend and the Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding is my favourite way to get my tummy satisfied at home. Made with stale slices of bread, chocolate chips, milk and sugar, this pudding is sweet, a little savoury, and very chocolaty. Top it off with a scoop of ice cream for a perfect bowl of pudding to be served to your guests!
Ingredients

Stale Bread - 5 nos (Dry Bread)
Chocolate chips - 100 gms
Sprinkle Sugar
Unsalted Butter (Melted) - 75 gms
Sugar - 130 gms (1/2 cup)
Milk - 500 ml (Room temperature)
Egg - 2 nos
Vanilla Essence - 1 1/2 Tsp

Method:
1. Cut the slices of bread into even pieces.

2. Take a bowl, add melted butter and sugar. Mix it well together.

3. Add milk and beaten eggs. Whisk everything together.

4. Add vanilla essence and again whisk it well.

5. Take an oven bowl, spread butter and arrange bread pieces.

6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and arrange bread pieces. Repeat it for two layers.

7. Add the wet ingredient to the bread layers.

8. Finally, sprinkle some sugar on the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake it.

10. Serve with Ice cream.
