Christmas Special 'Chicken Tikka' recipe

DESCRIPTION
Chicken Tikka
Ingredients

Chicken - 1 kg boneless
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt Cream/ Fresh cream - 1 cup
Yogurt/ Curd - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 2 tsp
Ginger & garlic paste - 2 tsp
Lemon - 1
White pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients one at a time.
2. To the Chicken add Ginger & garlic paste, Garam masala powder, Salt, White pepper, Chilli powder & Yogurt Cream (Strain the Curd/Yogurt in a muslin cloth, wait till full water drains) or you can also use Fresh cream.
3. Add Yogurt/Curd, squeeze the Lemon & mix them well.
4. Let it be Marinate for about 3 hours, ideal is to marinate overnight.
5. Gently stick the marinated chicken pieces in to the skewers.
6. Use a casserole because the marinate will drip.
7. Keep it in an Microwave oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, till chicken cooks.
8. Use a fork to remove the Chicken Tikka from the skewers.
9. Serve it with mint chutney.
