2. Boil these corn grains in water for about 15-20 minutes until the grains are soft and chewy.

Method:
1. Pulse the boiled corn grains into a coarse mixture using a mixer.

2. To this mixture, add salt, green chili, all-purpose flour/Maida and mozzarella cheese. Mix them together gently.

3. Take some of this mixture in your palms and roll them into small balls.

4. Refrigerate them for about 10 minutes.

5. After being refrigerated, remove the balls, dip them in milk and coat them by rolling them in bread crumbs.
6. In a pan, pour some oil and heat it for frying the corn balls.
7. Gently and carefully drop the balls in the pan and deep fry them till they're golden brown in colour.

8. Voila! Your cheesy corn balls are ready to be served. Serve hot with some spicy and tangy ketchup. You can also have them with cheese dip if you prefer your balls extra cheesy.

Tips:
If you would prefer to have the chewiness and sweetness of the corn grains in every bite, you can add the corn grains as a whole instead of grinding it to a paste.
