Corn Dosa

DESCRIPTION

Number of servings: 5-6 persons

Ingredients

Cooked Corn kernels - 2 Cups
Salt to taste
Besan flour - 1 cup
Water
Piece of Ginger
Green chili - 1 no.
Onion - 1 no.
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Few chopped Coriander leaves
Ghee/oil

Method

Grind cooked corn kernels, salt, besan flour, and water.



Mix ginger, green chili, onion, cumin seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Check for seasoning.



If the batter is thick dilute it with water. The batter should be of dropping consistency.



Heat a tawa, pour the corn batter and spread it evenly.



Add ghee/oil to the corn dosa. Flip the dosa to get cooked on both the side.



Tasty and crispy corn dosa is ready to taste!


You can have this dosa as it is or with any chutney or sambar of your choice.
