Crumb Fried Prawns

Ingredients

Tiger Prawns - 250 gms
Soya Sauce - 1&1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Maida (all purpose Flour) - 2 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Bread Crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Firstly, clean and devein the prawn. To that add soya sauce, chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili powder, corn flour, maida, and Egg.



2. Mix well so its all coated evenly. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.



3. Skewer the prawns and coat it with breadcrumbs



4. Deep fry till its cooked and serve hot with your preferred dip.
