Falooda
Ingredients

Sabja seeds - 1 tsp
Sev
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar
Rose syrup - 4 tsp
Vanilla Ice Cream
Mixed Nuts

Method:
1. Soak Sabja seeds for 30 minutes

2. Add Sev to boiling water & cook it.

3. Boil Milk in a pan & add Sugar.

4. Allow it cools down & Refrigerate it.
5. Now take a Tall glass & add Sabja seeds.

6. Next add cooked Sev, Rose syrup & chilled Milk to form layers.

7. Top it with vanilla Ice cream.

8. Garnish with mixed nuts.


9. Falooda is ready to be served.
