To Make Gobi Fry
Cauliflower

Sprinkle Water
Oil For Deep Frying

To Make Manchurian

Garlic Finely Chopped
Ginger Finely Chopped
Onion - 1 No.
Capsicum - 1 No.
Soy Sauce - 2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2Oq9bKi)
Chilli Sauce - 2 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2tdMscS)
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/31aRpQ7)
Salt - 1/4 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l)
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RElrrg)
Water - 1 1/2 Cups
Corn Flour Slurry
Gobi Fry
Spring Onion
Red Chilli

Method:
To fry the gobi:
1. Cut the cauliflower into small florest.
2. To this add, salt, pepper, chilli powder and toss it well.
3. Now add corn flower, maida and mix well.
4. Sprinkle little water and mix everything. Let it sit for 10 mins.
5. Heat oil in a kadaai and drop the florets.
6. Fry the florets on medium flame until golden brown in colour.

To make manchurian.
7. To a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum and saute.
8. Once onion turns transparent, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix.
9. To this add salt and pepper and mix again.
10. Add water and dilute the sauce. Bring it to boil.
11. Now add the corn flour slurry.
12. Once the sauce thicken, add the fried gobi and mix.
13. To finish add the sprink onions and fresh red chillies.
14. Gobi manchurian is ready. Serve it hot.
