Ingredients

Oil
Coriander seeds - 4 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 4 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Shahjeera - 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilies - 5 no
Star anise - 2 no
Black Cardamom - 2 no
Green Cardamom - 4 no
Cinnamon - 5 no
Few Cloves
Bay leaves - 4 no
Stone flower - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Hing or Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1.Add little Oil, 4 tbsp of Coriander seeds and Roast it till it turns little brown and keep it aside.

2.Add little Oil, 4 tbsp of Sesame seeds, Roast it and keep it aside.

3.Dry roast 4 tbsp of Desiccated Coconut and keep it aside.

4.Dry roast 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds and keep it aside.

5.Dry roast 1 tbsp of Shahjeera and keep it aside.

6.Dry roast 1 tsp of Poppy seeds and keep it aside.

7.Dry roast 1/2 tsp of Peppercorns and keep it aside.

8.Dry roast 5 Red Chilies and keep it aside

9.Dry roast whole spices together - 2 Star anise, 2 Black Cardamom, 4 Green Cardamom, 5 Cinnamon, few Cloves, 4 Bay leaves and 1 tbsp of Stone flower and keep it aside.

10.Cool everything together and transfer it into the mixer and add 1 tsp of Turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of Hing or Asafoetida powder.

11.Grind it into a nice fine powder.

Goda Masala Powder is ready. You can bottle it and use whenever you want.
