DESCRIPTION
Jackfruit Kesari
Ingredients

Water - 3 cups
Chopped Jackfruit(ripped)
Coloring agent(Lemon yellow)
Roasted Semolina - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Roasted Raisins
Cashew nuts

Method:
1.Take a wide sauce pan, add 3 cups of water, 1 cup of chopped Jackfruit(ripped) and cook this for 5 minutes.

2.Now, add little coloring agent(Lemon yellow), this will give nice color to the Kesari.

3.Once, Jackfruit is cooked, add 1/2 cup of roasted semolina or Sooji.

4.Keep it on low flame and close the lid and cook for few minutes.
5.Once, rava is cooked completely, add 1 cup of Sugar, for 1/2 cup of Sooji - add 1 cup of Sugar is the ratio.

6.Add 2 tbsp of Ghee, 1 tsp of Cardamom powder and mix it well.

7.Garnish it with roasted Raisins and Cashew nuts.

Tasty and chunky Jackfruit Kesari is ready to serve.
