DESCRIPTION
Kara Boondi
Ingredients

Besan/Gram flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Cooking Soda a pinch
Salt to taste
Roasted Peanuts
Roasted Curry leaves
Water - 1 glass

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients with water.
2. In Bowl add Besan/Gram flour, Rice flour, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Salt, Cooking Soda & mix it.
3. Gradually add Water & mix it well. The batter should be thick pouring consistency.
4. Once the Oil is hot, pour the batter on Perforated Ladle & spread it across. Fry till it turns golden colour.
5. Mix the roasted Peanuts & Curry leaves along with the boondi.
6. Tea time snacks is ready.
