Layered paneer tikka

DESCRIPTION
Paneer tikka
Ingredients

Salt to taste
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp.
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp.
Curd - 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp.
Mint chutney
Paneer - 200 gm

Method
To make yogurt marinade for panner
1. Add about 1/2 tsp. of of chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic paste in a bowl and mix it well.
2. Take the panner slab and and divide it into 3 even pieces.
3. Dip the panner in yogurt marinade and let it sit for around half an hour.
4. Take a casserole dish and grease it with oil.
5. Layer the panner slice and apply mint chutney on it.
6. Do the same thing for the other paneer slices too.
7. Pre-heat the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes
8. Bake the panner tikka for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve it hot
