Malai Ladoo
Ingredients

Paneer - 200 gm
Condensed Milk - 1 cup
A few Cardamom pods
A few strands of Saffron
Rose water - 2 tsp

Method:
1. The first step is to grind the paneer in the mixer.
2. Now take a sauce pan. In that, add paneer and condensed milk.
NOTE: Keep the flame on low.
3. Remove seeds from cardamom pods and pound it, add the cardamom powder and rose water in to the mixture. Mix it well.
4. Let the mixture cool down after it thickens.
5. Now make the small ladoo's with the mixture.
6. You can garnish it with few strands of saffron or with some nuts.
