Mango Strawberry Crumble

DESCRIPTION
Mango Strawberry Crumble - Recipe
Ingredients:

Mango - 1 nos peeled and cut
Strawberry - 5 nos cut
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Ginger - small piece grated
Oats - 1/4 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Juice of 1 lemon

Method:
1. In an oven proof cassarole, add the mangos & strawberries and spread them evenly
2. Add 1 Tbsp sugar, lemon juice, 2 tsp whole flour and mix gently
4. Add the grated ginger

making the crumble:
5. In a bowl, add the butter, all purpose flour, oats, cinnamon powder and sugar and mix well
6. Now spread the crumble evenly on top of the fruits
7. Preheat the oven at 180 for 15 minutes and bake for 30 minutes
8. Serve with ice cream.
