DESCRIPTION
Masala Papad
Ingredients

Papad - 2
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Cucumber - 1/2 chopped
Green chilli - 1/2 cut up
Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
A few Coriander leaves
Lemon juice - 1/2

Method:
1. Tomato & Cucumber has to be deseeded & remove excess moisture with help of tissue paper.
2. Fry the Papad on the stove top on fire, keep the flame on low & flip the papad on both sides.
3. Wait till the Papad completely cools down.
4. In a plate keep the Roasted Papad & top it with Onion, Cucumber, Tomato, Green chilli (optional), Sprinkle the Chaat masala, Coriander leaves & drizzle Lemon juice (optional).
5. Masala Papad is ready to eat.
