Masala Roti Wrap
Masala roti wrap is delectably spicy and everyone’s favourite because it is so easy to make and it doesn’t need any side dish. Do try out this recipe in your kitchen and let me know how it turned out in the comments section below.

Ingredients
For Masala Roti
Wheat Flour 2 cups
Ajwain powder 2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
Amchur powder - 2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Water
Oil

For Filling
Paneer - 200gms
Onion - 1 no. finely sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp
Tomato - 1 no. (Deseeded and sliced)
Bell Pepper (Red, Green and Yellow) - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chilli powder - 2 Tsp
Cumin powder - 2 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Oil

Method
For the roti
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients evenly and put the flour in the flour container
Add the required amount of water in the water container
Add the required amount of oil in the oil container
Now select the required settings in the Rotimatic
Choose your roti thickness, your roast level and the amount of oil required
You can follow the same steps followed in the video
Now select the number of rotis required and press the play button

While it cooks the rotis for us, let’s make the filling for the wrap

For the paneer filling
In a pan, heat some oil
After the oil is hot, add the finely sliced onions and fry them
Now add the ginger garlic paste and mix it well
Now add the sliced and deseeded tomatoes
After a few minutes, now add the bell peppers and give it a stir
Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt
Cook it till the raw smell goes away
Now add the panneer slices and give it a toss
Be careful not to break the slices
Cook it for about 5 minutes and turn off the stove.

For the wrap
Take your rotis and place the filling in the center
Fold the edges of the roti to seal the filling
You can use a clove to seal the roti
Serve the masala roti wraps warm.
