Mushroom Salt & Pepper
Ingredients

Mushroom - 200 gms
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Pepper
Corn flour - 3 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 tsp
Water
Sesame oil
Garlic - 2 chopped
Spring onion
Soy sauce - 1 tsp

Method:
1.Take 200 gms of mushroom, cut into pieces and transfer to the bowl.
2.Now add 1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, 3 tsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of all purpose flour and mix it all together in mushroom with little drops of water.
3.Make sure pieces are well coated and let it sit for 5 minutes.
4.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mushroom pieces.
5.Now, take a wide sauce pan. Add some seasame oil, 2 chopped garlic, some spring onion, fried mushroom pieces, 1 tsp of soy sauce and saute it all together with pepper.
Mushroom Salt & Pepper is now ready to be served as a starter.
