MUSHROOM STIR-FRY | Main Course - Side Dish
The earthy flavour of mushrooms perfectly balanced with the slight spiciness of onions and pepper. Isn’t just listening to this description making your mouth water? The tantalizing aroma and the way it is beautifully served in a bowl only makes it that much more appealing and makes us that bit more hungry. Ingredients:
Button mushroom - 400 gm
Onion - 1 1/2 sliced
Oil - 1 1/2 tsp.
Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp.
Corn flour - 1 tsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tsp.
Chopped Garlic Cloves
Sugar - 1 Tsp.
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Take a wok or a wide pan and pour 1 1/2 tsp of oil.
2. Add chopped onion and saute it.
3. Add garlic, mushroom and mix it well.
4. Pour 1 tsp soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and mix it all together.
5. Once the mushroom got cooked well, add a spoon of corn flour and mix it well
Delicious Mushroom stir fry is ready to taste!
