Ingredients :

Water - 1 cup
Rock salt - 1/2 tsp
Mutton - 300 gms boneless

To make masala powder :
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Pepper corn 1 1/2 tsp
Fennel - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Red chilies -10 nos

Shallots - 15-20
Green chilies - 2 nos
Tomatoes - 2 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbsp

Methods :
In a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water
Add 300 gms of boneless mutton
Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of rock salt
Pressure cook it for about 6-7 whistles on medium
The mutton is cooked well, keep it aside
Next, to make the masala powder, in a mixer jar add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 1/2 tsp peppercorns, 10 red chilies, 1 tsp fennel seeds
Grind everything to a fine powder and keep this aside
Heat a pan with 1 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
Add 200 gms of shallots, 2 green chilies slit, few curry leaves and saute them
Once the onions turn golden brown in color add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
Add 2 chopped tomatoes and saute it for 2-3 mins
Add 1 1/2 tbsp of the ground masala powder and mix well
Add the cooked mutton pieces along with the stock and mix it well with the masala
Add 1 tsp of rock salt
Cook till the excess water evaporates and you get a dry sukka
Finally, garnish it with some curry leaves and serve it hot
