DESCRIPTION
Mysore Bonda
Ingredients

Urad Dal - 1 cup
Coconut - 2 tbsp chopped
Green Chilli - 1 no. chopped
Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for Deep frying
Rice flour - 1 tbsp(Optional)

1. Soak the Urad dal for 2 hours.
2. Blend it to a fine batter (Add a tsp of Water ONLY IF REQUIRED) & add Salt while grinding.
3. To the batter, add chopped Coconut, Green chilli, Peppercorns & mix it.
your batter is ready
4. Heat oil for deep frying.
5. Lightly wet your hands, Take the batter & make it in to a small ball.
6. Gently drop it in to hot oil.
7. Skim it out when its golden in colour.
8. Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
