Oreo Cookie Cobbler

What better way to end your meal than with a delicious dessert? But, with so many out there, what to choose? Which would be the simplest to try out? We are here with a simple recipe for dessert, which is easy to make, and doesn't take much time to bake.
Everyone knows that oreos are a personal favourite of almost everyone out there, be it a kid, a teen or a old person! So, why not take this love for oreos to the next level by making it a base for another sure to be favourite dish of your kids?
And no, we are not talking about Oreo milkshakes! Try out this Oreo Pudding Cobbler, which is not only simple, but also delish!

Ingredients:
Butter - 3 Tsp
Oreo Cookies - 15 nos
All purpose flour/Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Baking powder - 1 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Hot Water - 1/2 cup

Method:
Place some butter in the cake tin/pie tin and let it melt. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Break the oreo cookies into pieces and place them in the melted butter evenly.

Take a bowl and add the maida (all-purpose flour), sugar, baking powder, salt. Mix all the ingredients well.

Now, add the milk and mix the ingredients well until they are properly blended and no lumps are formed.

Finally, add the vanilla essence and mix it in.

Pour the batter over the oreo cookies evenly.

Sprinkle the brown sugar over the batter evenly.

Finally, pour the hot water over it. Bake it 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool it off a bit.

Your Oreo Cookie Cobbler is ready to be served. Serve it with some vanilla ice cream!
