Paneer - 200 gms
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1 1 /2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1/2 no
Maida - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Besan flour - 5 tsp
1.Take a wide bowl with 200gms of paneer pieces.
2.Now, add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 1/2 tsp of chili powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, juice of 1/2 lemon and mix it all together.
3.Let it sit for 20 minutes.
4.Now, add 2 tsp of maida or all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of corn flour, 5 tsp of besan flour, a pinch of food colouring and coat the paneer pieces together with required water.
5.Let this sit for another 10 minutes.
6.Take a wide saucepan. Heat oil.
7.Gently place the coated paneer pieces into the oil and deep fry them.
Paneer 65 is ready. Serve it hot.
