Paneer Fingers

DESCRIPTION
The crunchy little bites, the heavenly aroma, the hot and spicy taste. How can someone resist these little paneer fingers? But, damn, the tasty ones are almost always costly and almost unaffordable at times.
So, if you are trying to hold on to your budget, I guess you have to make these crunchy bites at home. And that’s a good thing too.
Make as much as you want, whenever and wherever you want, and enjoy with as many people as you want.

Ingredients:

Paneer
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp.
Chili powder - 1/2 Tsp.
Salt
Oil
All-purpose flour - 4 Tbsp.
Corn flour - 2 Tbsp.
Water
Bread Crumbs




Method
Cut the Paneer into finger-sized pieces.
Add spices to it - 1/4 tsp. of Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp. of Chili powder, 1/2 tsp. of Salt and Pepper.
Toss this and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
For Batter, add 4 tbsp. of All purpose flour or Maida, 2 tbsp. of Cornflour, Salt and Pepper in a mixing bowl.
Mix it well with some Water till it gets a thick consistency.
Dip the paneer fingers into the batter, make sure it is fully coated and then roll it in the Bread Crumbs and coat it well.
Meanwhile, heat some oil in a deep pan.
Make sure the oil is nice and hot. Gently place the coated paneer pieces into the oil.
Deep fry until they turn a beautiful crispy brown colour!
Yummy Paneer Fingers is ready. Serve with some cheese dip, Mayonnaise dip, ketchup or salsa!
