Ingredients

Jaggery - 1 Cup (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RVA0YZ)
Milk - 1 Litre
Water
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2U5Xxrn)
Ghee - 2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RBvKxw)
Cashew Nuts (Buy: https://amzn.to/36IbEpv)
Raisins (Buy: https://amzn.to/36WfLhN)
Coconut - 1 Tbsp Chopped

Method:
1. To a saucepan, add washed moong dal and enough water. Cook it in medium flame.
2. Once the dal is 90% cooked, turn off the stove and keep it aside.
3. Wash the thick variety poha and keep it aside.
4. To a wide saucepan, add water and melt the jaggery.
5. To another pot, add milk and boil it.
6. Add the poha and cook it for 10 mins.
7. Now add the cooked moong dal and cook for 10 mins.
8. Strain the melted jaggery into the pot.
9. Add cardamom powder and mix it.
10. Roast the cashew and raisins and coconut bits.
11. Add the roasted ingredients to the kheer.
12. Poha Moong dal kheer is ready.
