DESCRIPTION
Pomegranate salad
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Number of servings: 3-4 persons
Ingredients

Pomegranate - 2
Onion - 1 chopped
Green capsicum - 1/2 chopped
Tomato - 1 deseeded & chopped
Green Chili -1/2 thinly sliced
A few chopped Mint leaves
A few chopped Coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tsp

Method:
1. Mix all the vegetables together, starting with Pomegranate, onions, capsicum, tomatoes followed by green chili.

2. Chop mint and coriander and add it in the mixture.

For dressing:
1. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.

2. Mix it well and add it in the salad.

You're pomegranate salad is now ready. Serve it immediately or refrigerate it and then serve.
