PRAWN 65
After having eaten the same green leafy vegetables or those vegetarian vegetables, its only instinct for us humans to crave some spicy and yummy non-vegetarian dish. So, here to satisfy your cravings, a dish of Prawn 65. This dish, that looks difficult, is actually a very easy dish to prepare. Just Follow the following few steps and Voila! You will have a bowl of this amazing dish ready to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:
Oil
Prawn - 250 gms
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp.
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Besan/Gram flour - 2 tsp.
Corn flour - 1 tsp.
Maida (all purpose flour) - 1 tsp.
Egg - 1 no.
Food colouring (optional)
Green chillies
Curry leaves

Method:
Take a wide bowl. Add the prawns, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper, besan/Gram flour, corn flour, and maida (all purpose flour) to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.

Add the egg and food colouring (optional) to the mixture and mix it well. Let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns.

Take a saucepan, add oil and temper the green chillies and curry leaves.

Garnish the prawn 65 with some curry leaves.
Voila! The most delightful Prawn 65 is ready to be served!
