DESCRIPTION
Parathas are one of the easiest recipes to cook. They are wholesome and can be had it as it is without any side dish. And they can be stored for a longer period of time. Pudina is healthy and is easily available. Here’s a recipe of easy Pudina Paratha.

Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Number of Servings: 2-3 persons

Ingredients

Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chat Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves
Ghee
Salt
Water

Method
1. In a large mixing bowl, take the flour, salt, chat masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, chili powder, and chopped mint leaves
2. Gradually add water and mix the dough
3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes till it becomes soft.
4. Now apply some oil on top of the dough and rest it for about 30 minutes
5. After 30 minutes, roll the dough pieces to flat parathas
6. Heat a tawa on medium flame and place the paratha on the tawa
7. Cook it evenly on both sides
8. And apply some ghee on both sides to add extra flavor and to keep the parathas soft.
9. Your easy and delicious Pudina Parathas are ready to be served.
10. You can either have it as it is or with a pickle or any gravy or raita of your choice.
