RAVA PAYASAM
Kheer, or Payasam, is another such dish that is really popular among the people of the country, be it any season. Be it summer or winter, Kheer is a dessert that is never off the menu of various feasts. And with the various varieties available out there, there is something for everyone in the market. One such kheer that can be made easily without much hassle is the Rava Kheer. The distinct texture of the rava only adds to the appeal of this delicacy. A simple yet delish delicacy, master the simple recipe to this heavenly invention by following the following easy steps.

Ingredients:
Roasted Rava - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 1 Tsp
Cashew nuts - 10 no
Pistachios - 2 Tsp
Raisins - 2 Tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 Tsp
Water - 1/4 cup

Method:
1.Add Ghee in a wide saucepan and toast Cashew nuts, pistachios and raisins and keep it aside.
2.Add the roasted rava in the same pot and keep it in a low flame.
3.Pour the milk and cook the rava in the milk and dilute with water if needed and boil for 10 minutes.
4.Add some cardamom powder, sugar and add the roasted nuts.
Rava Payasam is done.
