Salsa Tacos

SALSA TACOS | Snacks
Ripe tomatoes and chopped onions topped with spicy cream and crisp lettuce. One need not go to Mexico to taste these flavorful tacos instead simply watch and try this delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
Taco shells

To make Salsa:
1 Onion (chopped fine)
1 Green Bell pepper (chopped fine)
1 Tomato (deseeded & chopped fine)
1 Green chilli (optional) (thinly sliced)
Lemon (juiced)
Salt to taste
A few Coriander leaves
Iceberg lettuce (thinly cut)
Seasoned Cream Cheese (Seasoned with: Cumin powder, Paprika powder, Salt, Fresh cream)

Preparation:
Prepare the seasoned cream cheese by adding some cumin powder, paprika powder and salt to fresh cream.

Method:
1. Take a wide bowl and mix the vegetables together.
2. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and add some salt.
3. Mix it gently. Add some coriander leaves and mix well.
4. The salsa is ready!
5. Now, roast the taco shells for about 2 minutes in the oven.
6. Take some salsa and place them gently into the roasted taco shells.
7. Add some of the seasoned cream cheese.
8. Top it up with some Iceberg lettuce.
9. Your Salsa Tacos are ready to be served!

Tips:
Eat the tacos right away after preparing them as they might become soggy if left for long.
