DESCRIPTION
Seer Fish Fry Recipe is a simple and delicious dish of fish fry that we often make at home. This is a simple fish fry that tastes amazing. It is a dish that can be made with any other type of fish as well, but it tastes best when prepared with a seer fish. The taste of this dish depends on the fish you use. You can make this recipe as a side dish along with your meal.

Ingredients:
Seer Fish
Oil for shallow frying

For Marination
Ginger & garlic paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Water

Method:
1. In a bowl, add the Ginger - garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli powder & Water. Mix well to paste consistency. Check for seasoning.

2. Now smear the paste all over the fish meat & let it marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour.

3. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces on both sides in medium flame till its cooked.

4. Tasty seer fish fry is ready to be served!
