South Indian Filter Coffee

SOUTH INDIAN FILTER COFFEE | Hot Beverages
Indian filter coffee is a coffee drink made by mixing frothed and boiled milk with the decoction obtained by brewing finely ground coffee powder in a traditional Indian filter. South India is very famous for it aromatic filter coffee. However, most people still don't know the art of preparing a proper glass of filter coffee despite the availability of the filter coffee maker at their houses! They often face several doubts, how much powder to add, how much water to were some such doubts. Hence, here we are with a video to clear these doubts!

Ingredients:
Filter Coffee Powder - 2 Tsp.
Milk - 1 cup (2 glasses)
Water - 1 cup
Sugar
Filter Coffee Maker

Method:
1. Boil a cup of water in a pan.
2. Add 2 Tsp.'s of filter coffee powder in the filter coffee maker.
3. Place the strainer provided on the coffee powder and gently press down.
4. Pour hot water to 3/4 of the filter and close.
5. Leave the decoction to collect at the bottom for 5 minutes.
6. In a vessel, add sugar. Pour the desired amount of coffee decoction.
7. Pour a cup of milk into the vessel and mix well until there is enough froth on top.
8. Serve hot!

Tips:
1. For a stronger coffee, add some more coffee powder.
