Spicy Fish Fry

DESCRIPTION
Spicy Fish Fry

Ingredients:
Seer Fish - 1 piece
Green chili - 3 nos slit
Few Curry leaves (optional)
Oil for frying

For masala
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Besan/Gram flour - 2 Tsp
Green chili paste - 1 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
Water

Method:
1. Take a huge mixing bowl and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, gram flour (besan), green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, and some water to the bowl.
2. Mix well to form a nice paste.
3. Marinate a piece of seer fish
4. Rub this mixture over the fish on both sides.
5. Take a pan and add some oil for frying in it.
6. Place the piece of fish as well as three slitted green chillies in the pan once the oil is hot.
7. After 5 minutes, flip over to the other side and fry the fish for another 5 minutes.
8. Now, add a few curry leaves to the pan (optional).
9. Once fried, remove the fish piece from the pan.
10. Your spicy fish fry is ready to serve!
