Summer Cooler - Panakam (Jaggery, ginger & pepper Drink)

DESCRIPTION
Panakam
Ingredients

Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Water - 2 cups
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cardamom pods - 4
Finely chopped Ginger - 1 tsp

Method:
Melt the jaggery in a bowl of water.

Meanwhile, pound the Peppercorns and cardamom.

Pound ginger and add it.


Once it is melted, strain the jaggery to remove excess dirt & add the pounded ginger, peppercorns and cardamom.

Refrigerate and serve it cool.
