Ingredients -

To make masala powder

Red chilies - 7 nos
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut - 1 tbsp

To make dal

Toor dal - 1/4 cup
Masoor dal - 1/4 cup
Water
Ghee - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - finely chopped
Green chilies - 1 no. Finely chopped
Tomato - 1 no. Chopped
Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp
Ground masala powder - 2 tsp
Cooked dal
Dal water
Salt - 1 tsp
Powdered jaggery - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - chopped

To make ghee rice

Basmati rice - 3/4 cup
Water
Ghee - 4 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 no
Cardamom - 4 nos
Cloves
Star anise - 1 no
Bay leaves - 1 no
Peppercorns
Cumin seeds
Soaked basmati rice
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp

To make beans stir fry

Mustard oil - 2 tsp
Onion - 1 no. Finely chopped
Beans - 250 gms chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Ground masala powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
