Trifle Pudding

TRIFLE PUDDING
When I was young, I wanted nothing to do with the desserts anyone brought home or my family prepared, mostly those filled with fruits and nuts or flavoured, disappointingly, with fruits. Well, times have changed. Now I'm the dessert fiend and the Trifle Pudding is my favourite way to get my tummy satisfied at home. Made with nutritious fruits, milk and sugar, this warm sponge cake pudding is soft, sweet, a little savoury, and very fruity. It's also nutricious, making it a great dessert — or breakfast — for almost any guest.
Ingredients

Milk 2 Cup
Sugar 3 Tbsp
Banana - chopped - 2 No
Black grapes
Green grapes
Apple - chopped - 1 No
Vanilla custard powder - 5 Tsp
Sponge cake
Strawberry jelly crystals - 100 Gm
Water

Method
Heat 2 cups of Milk in a saucepan.
Add some Vanilla Custard powder to a bowl of 1/4 cup of Milk (room temperature).
Keep mixing until the powder dissolves completely in the milk.
Once the milk is nice and hot, pour the dissolved custard into the milk. Whisk it well till it thickens.
Now, add some Sugar
turn off the stove once the mixture thickens. Keep aside until the mixture cools down.
Take a bowl, add 2 chopped banana, few black grapes, few green grapes
1 chopped apple
Once Milk-Custard mixture cools down to a room temperature, pour it into the bowl of fruits.
Take a glass bowl, place a sponge cake and pour custard over it. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes
For preparing the jelly, heat 300 ml of water in a saucepan, add 100 grams of Strawberry Jelly Crystals
Let the Crystals dissolve. Bring the jelly solution to room temperature.
Pour it over the custard in the cups
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Your Trifle Pudding is ready to be served.
