Most of us (especially women) gain excess weight in our late 20s and early 30s. This is due to our energy levels and metabolism slowing down. Surya Dinkar (personal trainer- yoga based fitness) is here to show you how to begin your journey towards a healthier lifestyle through this weight-loss transformation video series (10 videos). The focus is on enhancing flexibility & strength, in order to be able to do the asanas correctly and consistently.
* Note – These yoga based exercises only guides you to find your path towards a healthier body & mind. If your body structure is slim and you have recently gained weight, it is easy to lose weight if you follow these instructions. If your body type has always been heavy since childhood, or if you suffer from chronic ailments, these regimes might not show an immediate effect, but rather help you gain a more flexible and stronger body, to pursue a more intense yoga practice alongside holistic treatments.

Epi 1
As a beginner, yoga could be this mythical exotic practice only meant for extremely flexible folks. But Surya Dinkar is here to prove it wrong, as she cut off from yoga and exercise for over 3 months; she gets back to basics and starts this journey along with you. This first day of 10 day weight-loss video series focuses on warm-ups and lifestyle changes one need to make in order to stay healthy and therefore lose weight.

Suggested Timing:
4:30 am to 6:30 am & 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Suggested Diet:
Breakfast: 7 am, Lunch: not later than 12:30 pm, Dinner not later than 6:30 pm
Fresh or baked/mildly cooked food. Avoid meat, gluten and dairy products. Try to have more fresh juices and teas. Have sabja seeds ( tulsi seeds) baked snacks or sprouted grams to curb hunger pangs.

Suggested Rest:
At least 8 hours of sleep. 9pm to 5am
