Pav Bun

For Egg Bhurji:
Oil - 2 Tsp
Onion - 1 no. chopped
Green chilli - 1 no. finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
Tomato - 2 nos chopped
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 Tsp
Egg - 6 nos
Chopped Coriander leaves

Take a wide saucepan and add some oil.
Add the chopped onions, green chilli and sauté well.
Add the ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, and mix.
Now, add the salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and Pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
Crack open 6 eggs in a small bowl and add them to the pan.
Smash the egg yolks and mix well. Keep mixing until all the moisture evaporates.
Now, add the chopped coriander leaves.
Your egg bhurji is ready.
Now, take a tawa, and spread enough butter on it.
Take a pav, open it up and place it over the butter on the tawa. Toast the pav from both sides.
Finally, remove the pav from the tawa, stuff the egg bhurji in the middle and serve hot!

Bread Omelette

Egg - 2 nos
Cheese slice
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chili
Chopped Onion - 2 to 3 Tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves

For Coriander Mint Chutney
Coriander leaves
Green chili - 1 no.
Mint leaves
Juice of 1/2 Lemon


Coriander Mint Chutney

Add coriander leaves, green chili, mint leaves, lemon and salt in a mixer jar
Grind this to a smooth thick paste
Your spicy green chutney is ready. Keep this aside.

Bread Omelette

In a bowl, add eggs, chili powder, salt, pepper, onions and green chili
Whisk it well till everything is mixed
Now, heat a pan and pour some oil
Pour in the egg mixture and spread it all over the pan
Place the bread slices on the omelette
Flip the omelette and let the bread slices toast
Flip it again and spread the spicy green chutney on one side of the bread
Place a cheese slice on top of it
Now, Fold the omelette inwards and fold the bread slices together.
Street food style Bread Omelette is ready to be served hot.

Chicken Nuggets

Boneless Chicken - 250 gms
Salt to taste
Garlic powder - 1/4 Tsp
Italian seasoning - 2 Tsp
Chili flakes - 2 Tsp (optional)
Egg - 1 no.
Oil for deep frying

1. Take the boneless chicken pieces cut up into small pieces in a bowl
2. Add salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, and all-purpose flour to the chicken
3. Coat the chicken pieces with the spices and the all-purpose flour and keep it aside
4. To make the bread crumbs, toast the bread slices (you can use either white or brown bread) and let it cool
5. Cut the bread slices into small pieces and grind it to a coarse powder
6. Add some Italian seasoning and chili flakes in the breadcrumbs and mix them to make seasoned bread crumbs
7. Crack open an egg in a bowl and whisk it to make the egg wash
8. Take the flour coated chicken pieces and dip it into the egg wash and dip into the breadcrumbs and arrange all the breadcrumbs coated chicken pieces in a plate
9. Meanwhile, heat a kadai with some oil for deep frying
10. Once the oil is hot, slowly add the chicken pieces into the hot oil and deep fry them till you get a golden brown color throughout
11. Serve the chicken nuggets hot with some ketchup and mayo by the side.
