Butter Egg Masala Pav

Masala Pav is one of the favorite street foods of India. I am going to show you how to make Butter Egg Masala Pav. This is buttery and is filled with the goodness of egg and is bursting with flavors. Serve it with onions and lemons by the side and enjoy it hot.

Egg - 4 Nos
Pav Bun
Chili Powder
Pav Bhaji Masala - A Pinch
Coriander Leaves

To Make Butter Egg Masala
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Onion - 1 No. Chopped
Green Chili - 3 Nos Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tsp
Tomato - 2 Nos Chopped
Salt - 1 Tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 Tsp
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Capsicum - 1/2 No. Chopped
Water - 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp

1. Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute them
2. Add tomatoes and cook them
3. Add capsicum, spice powders and salt and cook them well
4. Mash the ingredients roughly
5. Add sliced egg pieces and saute well
6. Finally, add coriander leaves and serve hot with pav buns
7. Heat some butter and add red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and coriander leaves and stir well
8. Toast the pav buns on this spiced butter and serve it along the Butter Egg Masala.
