Corn Mayo Sandwich

CORN MAYO SANDWICH | Starter | Snacks A piece of toast, early in the morning, and your breakfast is done. Isn’t that what most of us do?
Especially those working ladies out there? So, it’s inevitable that you would eventually grow bored of them.
But, what if you could try different toasts each day? Wouldn’t that help? Having variety and healthy stuff to eat? And how to make this healthy stuff tasty you ask? Mayo to the rescue!
So, today, we are here with a recipe for a simple yet delicious toasted sandwich.
This sandwich is loaded with two delicious goodness that life has bestowed upon us Mayonnaise and Corn
and I’m sure that you will be celebrated by your kids when you present them with this delicious
Corn Kernels - 1 cup (cooked)
Mayonnaise - 3 to 5 Tbsp
Oil - 2 Tsp
Onion - 1 no. chopped
Garlic Cloves - few chopped
Bell Pepper (Green, Red & Yellow) - 1/2 cup
Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - few chopped
Bread Slices - (edges trimmed)

1. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan. Saute till the onions turn transparent.
2. Now add the chopped bell peppers and saute well.

3. Add cooked corn kernels and saute.

4. Add Italian seasoning and salt. Mix well. Turn off the flame and let cool.
5. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix.

6. Finally, add the mayonnaise as you wish and mix gently. Your sandwich filling is ready!

7. Sandwich the filling in-between trimmed bread slices. (Toasting is optional).

8. Your Corn Mayo Sandwich is ready to be devoured!
