Egg 65 is a great snack/starter recipe. This can be enjoyed with sizzling hot Fried rice or Noodles. Try this and enjoy!

Servings: 4

To Make Fried Egg

Boiled Egg - 6 Nos
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Garlic
Green Chilli - 3 Nos
Onion - 1 No.
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Besan Flour - 1 Cup

To Make Fried Egg 65

Oil - 3 Tsp
Onion - 1 No.
Chopped Garlic
Green Chilli - 3 Nos
Curry Leaves
Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup


1. Boil the eggs, remove the yolks and chop the egg whites. Put them in a bowl.
2. To the bowl, add ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala and mix everything well.
3. Add besan, water to the mixture to bring it a slightly thick batter consistency. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a kadai, drop the egg mixture as small fritters, fry them until golden brown. Keep them aside.
5. To a wide pan, add oil, onion, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves and saute until onions turn transparent.
6. Add chili powder, keep the flame on medium and mix.
7. To this add fried egg, mix and add in some tomato ketchup. Toss it well.
8. Egg 65 is ready to be served hot.
