Egg Keema

Egg Keema is a flavorful recipe made from minced hardboiled eggs with spices. I have made many recipes using eggs but this one is sure to be one of the top most delicious egg recipes. This is a simple and quick method to make some side dish with eggs.

Prep time 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Number of Servings: 3 persons


Oil - 1 Tbsp
Boiled Egg - 3 nos
Onion - 2 nos chopped
Green chili - 2 nos chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp
Tomato - 3 nos chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

1. Heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add onions and a little salt, mix well, cover and cook for about 15 minutes stirring frequently.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, mix well and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes until onions turn golden brown
4. Add green chilies and tomatoes, mix well, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Be sure to stir a few times in between.
5. Remove cover and continue to cook until oil starts to separate from the mixture.
6. Add Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
7. Add grated hard-boiled eggs, salt and mix well.
8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
9.Your egg keema is ready to be served hot. It tastes best when had with roti, naan, paratha or steamed rice.
