Egg Malai Curry


To make Masala Paste:
Onion - 2 Nos Finely Chopped
Green Chillies - 4 Nos. Chopped
Garlic - 5 Cloves

Cumin Powder - 1 TSP
Salt - 1 TSP
Garam Masala Powder - 1 TSP
Boiled Eggs - 5 Nos
Boiled Milk - 1 CUP
Water - 1/4 CUP
Fresh Cream - 2 TBSP
Coriander Leaves


Boil the eggs
Peel them and cut them into halves
In a mixer jar, add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies
Grind them into a fine paste
Heat a kadai with some oil, add the ground paste into it
Fry the ground paste till the raw smell goes off and the oil separates
Add the spice powders and salt and saute them
Add the boiled milk and bring it to a boil
Add the egg pieces and close and cook for 5 mins
Finally, add coriander leaves and fresh cream and turn off the stove
Serve the Egg Malai Curry hot with some rice or roti
