Eggless Ragi Chocolate Cake Pressure Cooked

Ragi Flour - 3/4 cup
Wheat Flour - 3/4 cup
Cocoa Powder- 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Melted Butter - 1/2 cup

1. To make the cake, first add the dry ingredients, ragi flour, wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda and salt
2. Mix these well
3. Now add the wet ingredients one by one, milk, melted butter and vanilla essence
4. Mix everything until well combined
5. To bake the cake, prepare the baking tray by applying some melted butter and dusting it with either plain flour or cocoa powder
6. Now, pour the batter to the baking tray
7. To cook the cake, lay the bottom of the pressure cooker with rock salt, about 1 inch thickness
8. Place the baking tray on top of the rock salt and cook it for about 40 minutes without the whistle
9. While the cake is cooking, prepare the chocolate ganache
10. Melt the dark chocolate with fresh cream
11. Whisk it until it is smooth and silky
12. After 40 minutes, take the cake out and let it cool till it comes to room temperature
13. Unmould the cake and pour the chocolate ganache on top of it
14. You can garnish it with roasted almonds and dark chocolate shavings
15. Enjoy the Ragi Chocolate Cake
