For Gatte
Besan/Gram flour - 1 cup [Buy: https://goo.gl/WdR9cA]
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
Hing or Asafoetida powder - 1/4 Tsp
Pinch of Cooking soda

For Sabzi:
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Red chilies
Chopped Onion - 1 no
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Hing or Asafoetida powder - 1/4 Tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves

1.For Gatte, add 1 cup of Besan flour, some salt, 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of Chili powder, 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of hing or asafoetida powder, a pinch of Cooking Soda and mix it all together in a bowl.

2.Combine it all together with Yogurt and mix it till you get a dough consistency.

3.Add a little Oil and knead it well.

4.Greasing your hands with little Oil, roll it thinner and cut it into three portions.
5.Take a pan, Pour enough water and heat it. Once it is hot, place Gatte roll into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes and remove it from the pan.

6.Cut it into small pieces now and keep it aside.

7.Take a wide sauce pan, Add Oil or ghee, and Roast the Gatte pieces to golden brown color.

8.Take a wide sauce pan, Add little Oil, 2 tsp of ghee, a piece of cinnamon and some cloves, a tsp of cumin seeds, Red chilies, one finely chopped onion, some chopped garlic and ginger, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, salt, 1/4 tsp of hing or asafoetida powder.

9.Once Masala and Onions are roasted, add water to it.

10.Add 1 cup of thick curd and add Gatte pieces to it.

11.Garnish it with some chopped Coriander leaves and mix it well.

12.Let it sit for 10 minutes before you serve it.
